Returns & Refunds policy

1. Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings.

• Dates are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 7–14 days before event: 25% refund of total amount paid (excluding deposit).

• Less than 7 days before event: No refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may reschedule their event once at no additional cost if requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling within 14 days may incur a 10% fee from the deposit.

4. No-Show Policy

• Failure to appear on the event date without prior notice will result in no refund.

5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

• In cases such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, clients may choose to:

  • Reschedule at an extra cost of %10

6. Service-Specific Refunds

• Additional services (e.g., catering, décor, entertainment) may have separate refund terms depending on third-party providers.

7. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
